List of 111 Serpin protein sequences that - except for PTI9 HUMAN
- were used in phylogenetic analyses (Atchley et al., 2000). Included
are protein codes as used, descriptive phenotypes, accession numbers,
and groupings according to known or putative exon-intron
structure. There are six vertebrate groups `Vert_1' to `Vert_6', one
viral group `Vir', one plant group `Z' consisting of the barley
protein Z, two insect groups `Ins_1' and `Ins_2', one nematode group
`N', and one horseshoe crab group `C'., with entries from 1-16, 17-64,
65-76, 77-84, 85-88, 89-91, 92-101, 102, 103, 104-106, 107-109, and
110-111, respectively. Entries are ordered as in the list of aligned sequences.
