PoSSuMsearch - Submission
Due to our server limitation the online version of PoSSuMsearch does not support all possibilities of the download version. The online version currently supports two different cases of submission.
- Seqs. vs PSSM DB: Screening of user provided sequence(s) vs. PSSM based Motif Databases
- PSSM vs SeqDB: Screening of user defined PSSM vs. SwissProt
