PREdictor - Welcome
This is a tool for the prediction of Polycomb/Trithorax response elements (PREs/TREs) in Drosophila melanogaster. You can upload or copy/paste a genomic sequence of interest, and the tool generates a score plot in which peaks indicate PREs/tREs. For a description of the method, see the Reference section.
