PREdictor - Manual

The sequence has to be given in Fasta format, ie. one line starting with a '>' and followed by a sequence identifier, and the following lines with the sequence itself. Individual lines must not be longer than 1,000 characters. The overall sequence length is limited to 1 MB (mega bases).
