WWW Version
The REPuter program family provides state of the art software solutions to compute and visualize repeats in whole genomes or chromosomes.
The website provides a partly limited online version of REPuter. The uploaded data size is hard limited to 5 Mb and a maximum of 5000 repeats is calculated due our server capacity. For more information on a standalone version of REPuter see www.genomes.de.
Since March 2005 we offer REPuter as WebService, see our WebService page for more information.
