RNAfold - WelcomeBiBiServ offers a Webservice interface for RNA folding and sequence design using the program RNAfold from the Vienna package. Currently RNAfold from Vienna package version 1.4 is installed. BiBiServ offers a Webservice Interface and a HTML interface running RNAfold online in a browser. Another server for online folding is run by Theoretical Biochemistry Group.
