RNAhybrid - Important Information for Version 2.1

The only version of RNAhybrid available for download is version 2.1

This version lacks some of the features present in the online available Version on BiBiServ, some of which are mentioned in the Chapter "The RNA hybrid approach to microRNA target prediction" (Chapter 14) in the book MicroRNAs: From Basic Science to Disease Biology (e.g. the version of RNAhybrid available for download does not support the exclusion of G:U pairs in seed matches).

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer the online version for download, since this version is under development and not suited yet for use beyond the controlled environment of the BiBiServ.

An updated version of RNAhybrid is currently under development and will hopefully be available soon.
