The maximum size of all uploaded data is limited to 1 MB. The maximum sequence size is limited to 50 KB (for each target RNA) and 150 B (for each micro RNA).
The output is restricted to at most 100 hits per miRNA/target pair.

If sequences are submitted, the connection will be terminated after 5 minutes. This means that only relatively small data sets can be calculated. If you want to submit more data or you do not want to wait until your request has been processed, please specify your email address in the form above and you will receive the results by mail.
For efficiency reasons, this version does not support the statistical analysis described in the publication. The full version, however, can be downloaded and installed locally.
