ChromA: Submit two chromatograms for alignment with Dynamic Time Warping

To see how this works, you can fill in an example (needs JavaScript), then click Submit. Also, please read the manual.

Please note that the input files (.cdf,.mzXML) must be smaller than 30 Megabytes each! Supported file formats are AIA/ANDIMS netcdf with filename suffixes .cdf or .nc and mzXML with file suffix .mzxml. Other file suffixes will not work!
